It was 1948 when my great-grandmother, in the difficult post-war period, together with her daughters decided to roll up their sleeves and open a small beverage kiosk in the beating heart of Naples. A simple gesture, but full of courage, which gave rise to a long tradition made of work, authentic flavors and love for hospitality
Since that moment, from generation to generation, a passion that has never faded has been handed down to us: that for Italian cuisine and for the pleasure of serving people with a smile. Today, after more than seventy years, that same energy continues to guide us every day. The curiosity to discover how ingredients are born, the desire to transform them with respect and creativity, the wish to make every guest feel part of our story: all this is Ciro & Sons.
